Here’s Easy & Expressive Blues Solo in A minor #4… another easy solo made of short, expressive licks centered around the 4th Extended Box of the Blues scale, played over a 12-Bar Blues backing track in A minor.
This video continues the same core concept from #1, #2 and #3: all four solos are basically variations of the same theme, but each time I move the idea to a different position (and add small variations). It’s a super effective way to practice the main Blues scale positions without getting stuck in “exercise mode” : you’re practicing real phrasing while learning to navigate the neck.
