Here’s Easy & Sweet Turnaround Solo #2, another solo centered around the Major Pentatonic.
In this second episode I’m playing almost the same licks from Easy & Sweet Turnaround Solo #1, but:
- I’m using a different scale position
- it’s transposed to A major
- same vibe: slow, expressive phrasing with lots of bending
If you enjoyed Solo #1, this one is perfect to see how the same ideas can be moved to a new key and a new position without changing the musical concept.
