Hello everyone!
Today I’m posting a new solo called “Easy & Expressive Blues Solo in A minor” — a simple, very playable solo built around the 1st Box of the A Minor Blues scale.
It’s played over a 12-Bar Minor Blues backing track I made in A minor, with a shuffle feel at 110 BPM.
This one is all about phrasing:
- clean, confident bends
- expressive vibrato
- leaving space between ideas
- making the 1st box sound musical, not “exercise-like”
Have fun with it… and take it slow: make every note sing.
