Hello everyone!
Here’s the second solo from my tune Swingin’ G Shuffle… and this is the most technically demanding part of the whole song!
It kicks off with a lick built around the 4th box of the G minor pentatonic, followed by a G minor arpeggio and two fast 16th-note quintuplet phrases using the 5th and 1st boxes of the minor pentatonic.
After that, it moves into some expressive bends, then softens up with sweet major/minor pentatonic licks that bring you back to the main theme.
