AN ORIGINAL BY ANDY
THE STORY
A low-slung riff with grit, weight, and voodoo
Low End Voodoo is a power blues-rock piece with subtle funk influences, built around a deep low-register riff and the gritty color of E7#9. A constant sixteenth-note right-hand motion gives the rhythm part its tight flow and shifting accents. The lead stays compact and groove-focused, using direct phrases that sit inside the pocket rather than crowding it. Rhythm and solo share the same heavy, earthy pulse.
